The Golden Heart Activations is the most immersive offering I hold. This is a 13 month long container of sacred witnessing, support, remembrance and unfolding. It is for those who know that the deepest shifts don't happen in a single session, but through devoted, sustained presence with their own becoming.
The number 13 is ancient and reflects the feminine cycles of the moon, the pulse of nature's wisdom. Each activation corresponds to one lunar cycle, one layer of the golden heart coming online. Together they form a complete arc from first remembering to full embodiment.
Each month you receive a transmission, a practice, and a live session designed to activate and anchor a specific quality of the golden heart. Imagine courage, luminosity, compassion, sovereignty, and beyond. Over thirteen months, these qualities weave together into the fullest expression of who you came here to be.

Each month opens with a channeled voice transmission memo. This is a personal audio message crafted specifically for this activation and attuned to the energy of the collective journey. Received like a letter from the field, it carries the frequency of what is being activated within you, preparing the inner ground before your session. Listen in the morning, in stillness, wherever you feel called.

Alongside the voice transmission, you receive a bespoke journaling companion for the month. This is a set of soul-led prompts and reflections designed to draw out the wisdom that each activation is unlocking within you. Once each month, we meet. This is your dedicated space to receive, to integrate, to be seen in exactly where you are in your journey. No session looks the same: some will carry deep energy work, some imaginative exploration, some pure witnessing and guidance. Always, we follow what your golden heart is ready to reveal next. Held via video call.

Three times across your 13-month journey. This occurs at the beginning, the midpoint, and the threshold of completion. You receive a personally formulated flower/vibrational essence blend. Each blend is intuitively created to support the particular phase of your activation arc, working in the subtle body to harmonize, open, and anchor what is coming alive. Vibrational medicine, made just for you, at exactly the right moment.
MONTH 1 · THE BEGINNING
Initiation & First Activation: You receive your first voice memo and journal, your opening flower essence blend arrives, and we meet for your first live session. The golden heart journey begins with a personal attunement to where you are and where you are headed.
MONTH 7 · THE MIDPOINT
The Great Turn: Your second flower essence blend arrives, formulated for the midpoint of your journey. This is a sacred pivot often the most profound month, where the work of the first half meets the vision of the second, and something irreversible opens.
MONTHS 2–6 · THE DEEPENING
Five Activations of Foundation: Each lunar cycle brings a new transmission, a new journal, and a new live session. The first arc of activations tends to clear, ground, and awaken creating space for what is ready to bloom as the golden heart prepares to come fully into its light.
The Golden Return
Final Essence & Closing Ceremony: Your third and final essence blend arrives for the closing arc. Our final session is a ceremonial completion. This is a celebration of who you have become across these thirteen months, and a blessing for the path forward from your fully activated golden heart.
MONTHS 8–12 · THE FLOWERING
Five Activations of Radiance: The second arc tends to expand, embody, and radiate. What was discovered in the first half now has room to breathe and express. You begin to live from the golden heart, not just glimpse it.
